The library hopes to be an asset to you both in the present and the future. We have created a set of digital badges that showcase the knowledge you gain from going through some of our online lessons on the library student hub.
The four lessons cover subjects including how to search for information and how to reference. Once you complete one, you will be awarded a digital badge, which is an indicator of the skills you’ve learned from the tutorial.
Digital badges are easy to share online via LinkedIn or a digital CV to showcase your skills to future employers.
Building on the successful implementation of badges for the first four library modules, we wish to develop digital badges for how to use information ethically and critical thinking – so watch this space.
